We offer a range of ways to pay for your IKEA purchases.
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, personal cheques (with proper ID)*, company cheques**, a finance option, and of course IKEA gift cards.
*If you are paying by personal cheque we require photo ID of the account holder and signatory (this person must be the person presenting the cheque) and 2 other forms of ID, such as Medicare, Credit, debit or licence cards.
**If you are the signatory of the company cheque we require your photo ID and your business card / letterhead. If you are not the signatory of the company cheque we require a letter of authorisation on company letterhead from the company signatory along with your photo ID.

You can return your purchase unused, with its original packaging within 3 months of purchase.
For a full refund we need a receipt. If you don’t have it we can, at our discretion, give you a Refund Card for the current in store value of the product. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns on cut fabrics, unwrapped mattresses, pillows and quilts, kitchen appliances, goods ordered to your specifications (custom-made bench tops) or products purchased from the ‘AS IS’ Corner (our bargain section), if you change your mind. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act.
